Our founder Joseph Froeter is an historian with over a decade of professional genealogical experience. He spent a number of years working pro-bono on a multi-million-dollar Native American land repatriation case that required sustained archival work, careful treatment of tribal and federal records, and heir identification at a scale ordinary family research does not demand. A holder of an M.A. in History, Froeter’s dedication to academic principles and Genealogical Proof Standards form the foundation of our core values.

We are committed to our Code of Ethics which prioritizes client privacy, consent, and academic standards. We will never share or sell your data, nor will we contact a located relative on your behalf, unless you explicitly request that we do so.

We do not engage in any posthumous religious rites on behalf of deceased individuals, nor do we share genealogical records for the purpose of retroactively incorporating individuals into a religious tradition, unless you explicitly request that we do so.
